It isn't really necessary to remove controversial content, it's enough to make it optional (that is, the player decides if they want it to happen or not). You can always keep in the game the scenes with this content and do others more vanilla and let the players choose which one they want.
This actually makes me sad I just finished this version with it in it and was planning on joining on SubStar or Patreon once I seen this scene but knowing that it has been removed just makes me go oh why not make it an alt scene. Now I am not sure if I want to subscribe or not if scenes are going to be removed due to some backlash.
On that note was a good read overall rather enjoyable.

This is some pretty great stuff. I love the quality and animations. Looking forward to more updates and joining the support bandwagon when able.
an option to disable the text sound effects would be nice, its not the worst one iv heard from a game, but i personally just prefer to no thave them.

really agree to this, just make an option before those scene, example:
"WARNING! The scene you about to see contain [tags], [tags], [tags]"
"Do you wish to proceed and see this scene"
option 1: YES, continue with the scene
option 2: NO, skip the scene
and you are good to go with the rest of the game, no need to make different "vanilla" and "non-vanilla" version

Sorry to break it to you but women means plural and woman is a single. So it's not a typo
